Terms and Conditions

All persons being photographed must give their express consent to having their photo taken and consent to the photo being entered into the competition.

Participants understand that by entering the “Picture of Health” competition, PruHealth and its associate companies reserve the right to reproduce the images in its publicity materials.

Where you upload a photograph of yourself you are consenting to PruHealth and it’s associated companies processing your personal information as described below. Where you upload a photograph of someone other than yourself, you confirm that they have provided you with their consent to do so and that you have explained the purposes for which their photograph may be used by PruHealth and it’s associated companies.

Photographs must be submitted in digital format. Entries of a reasonable nature and quality will be uploaded to the competition’s monthly gallery after consideration and may be accessed by any visitors to the site. PruHealth reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to disallow and not to display any entries which, in our opinion, may be offensive, defamatory or in any other way unsuitable for display. Once uploaded, photographs cannot be deleted.

The winner of each monthly competition will be determined by PruHealth at their absolute discretion. No correspondence will be entered into. The winning photographic image will be announced each month and may be featured in a year-end calendar. The winning entrant each month will receive the specified prize.

Liability
PruHealth cannot return any photographic images and cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to the photographic images entered.

Deadline
The competition runs on a monthly basis and the closing date for entries each month is midnight on the last day of each calendar month. The final entry date is Wednesday December 31 2008. Entries received after the closing date for each month will not be accepted.

PruHealth may withdraw this competition at any time.
